About B4seline

B4seline is a construction management platform for EPCs, self-perform builders, owners, and IPPs delivering utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and T&D projects.

Our operating principle is simple: installed quantities are the production baseline, Primavera P6 remains the schedule system of record, and HCSS remains the source for hours and job cost. B4seline connects those systems so field progress becomes an auditable view of productivity, forecast dates, and contract exposure.

The platform is designed for the full delivery sequence—from NTP and production through quality, commissioning, SC, and COD—with controls that remain usable in the field and defensible in an owner report.
